‘Blue Bloods’ Season Finale: Intense Sneak Peek Featuring Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg Teases Major Drama

Well, “Blue Bloods” never ceases to be boring and that’s the case on a two-hour 11th season-ending episode on Friday night on CBS.

Danny Reagan, played by Donnie Wahlberg, has some information to share about a family member near the heart of NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan, played by Tom Selleck. This is according to an article from Yahoo!.

Danny tells Frank that he’s working a stash house in Manhattan and recognizes one of three people there. It happens to be Detective Joe Hill, who is working undercover. This is amping up to be a “Blue Bloods” special episode for sure.

‘Blue Bloods’ Gets Serious About Family Member Between Danny, Frank

Frank confirms Danny’s claim, saying that he’s on loan to the ATF. Then Frank gets asked by Danny if he knew about the situation when Joe didn’t show up for the family dinner. Frank says no and adds he didn’t have any idea Joe Hill would be in Manhattan. Danny then asks Frank if anyone else knew about Joe working undercover. Jamie knew about it, according to Frank.

“Nothing personal,” Frank tells Danny.

“Oh,” Danny said, “but I should talk to Jamie about the fact that my partner or I could have killed my nephew, your grandson, had the takedown gone bad.”

Will Hochman plays Hill, who last popped up on a Dec. 18, 2020, episode yet skipped out on a family dinner.

The two-hour “Blue Bloods” season finale airs at 9 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. Central, on CBS.

Eddie, Jamie Come Closer Together Thanks To Their ‘Love Language’

As for yet another tangled-web-we-weave moment, Eddie and Jamie worked out some relationship issues in the most recent “Blue Bloods” episode.

Eddie, played by Vanessa Ray, thought it was important that she and husband Jamie, played by Will Estes, discover more about one another. They did this when both discovered what their “love language” was on the CBS crime drama’s episode, according to PopCulture.

Jamie and Eddie had an exchange at the police station. After Eddie got home, though, Jamie had arranged for an evening dinner. He was firing off words toward Eddie, flattering her left and right. Eddie found out her “love language” was “words of affirmation.” Jamie, in turn, found out that his was “acts of service.”

Both are going to continue working on these matters as their marriage keeps growing episode after episode.

This definitely helps advance this storyline on “Blue Bloods.”

Now they’ll have time to keep working together as the CBS police drama will return for a 12th season. Yep, you can even expect more dinner table conversations as the Reagans gather for mealtime.
