‘Blue Bloods’: What We Can Expect From Danny & Baez on the Next Episode

by Megan Molseed

Blue Bloods fans are gearing up for another exciting new season twelve episode Friday night.

In this week’s episode titled Good Intentions, Blue Bloods fans will see New York City Police Department detective Danny Reagan and his partner Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) help solve a missing person case.

Of course, Good Intentions are often what we see from the members of the Reagan family as well as many of Reagan’s co-workers in this hit CBS police procedural drama.

However, even those with the best intentions can sometimes veer from ideal. We see this at times in the Danny Reagan character who is portrayed by Donnie Wahlberg.

Danny Reagan is clearly dedicated to his job as a detective in the New York City Police department. However, sometimes, the police officer can get stubborn. Danny has a history of behavior that can sometimes make solving cases a bit challenging from time to time.

Thankfully, according to a recent promo highlighting the upcoming Friday, November 5 episode, Danny Reagan is right on top of things. He and Baez, are all ears as they speak to a witness regarding a missing person’s case.

‘Blue Bloods’ Helps a Desperate Brother

In Good Intentions, Danny and his partner Baez do what they can to help a desperate man. This man has recently arrived in New York City from out of town in search of a loved one.

The man, who is portrayed by Dave Quay is desperately searching for his sister who has apparently gone missing.

Of course, searching for this missing woman is not an easy task for the officers in the Big Apple. We all know that New York is one of the largest cities in the world.

So, for this visitor, trying to track down his missing sister down by himself would be difficult. With little knowledge of the city and very few resources available doing this on his own is likely to be a very tricky task.

Once detectives Reagan and Baez step in to help as they can, the trail is a little easier to trace. However, the city is still quite a big one to navigate, searching for one person who hasn’t been seen for some time. But, the dedicated officers will certainly do their best to help the desperate man track down the missing woman.

The Reagan Clan Faces Some Challenges

Elsewhere, Will Estes’s Jamie Reagan and his wife, Eddie who is played by Vanessa Ray are facing some tensions within their marriage.

In Good Intentions, Eddie Janko invites her ex-convict father to stay with her and Jamie. Eddie’s father has recently been released from prison.

Of course, this will cause quite a bit of tension for the Blue Bloods characters. Especially in light of the strains Jamie and Eddie have already been facing in their marriage this season.

Friday night’s episode will also find Tom Selleck’s Frank Reagan going head to head with an archbishop (Stacy Keach). A local priest has recently called for defunding the New York Police Department which obviously causes tension between the church and the force.
