It’s one of the most wonderful times of the year. Hallmark Christmas movies are back and better than ever. Candace Cameron Bure, of Fuller House fame, gave fans a sneak peek of the newest film, The Christmas Contest.

Yes, the film will be here before you know it. Sunday, November 28th, in fact. One fan wrote, “Looks absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to watching.”

Candace Cameron Bure And The Hallmark Channel

Cameron Bure has become a household name on the Hallmark Channel. While she grew up a child star on the hit sitcom Full House, and later Fuller House, she has reinvented herself a bit on the channel. The channel has become a Christmas staple for so many folks, and when you think of the channel, a lot of folks think of Cameron Bure.

Cameron Bure said about the relation, “Oh, I absolutely love it. I’ve had a long-standing relationship with Hallmark Channel for 12 years. Being intentional with my career and my choices, their branding has always lined up with what I want to represent and with the type of programming that I do, which is all family-friendly entertainment. And so I love that.”

This is the best of both worlds. Cameron Bure is upfront about her choices and how and why she makes the choices she does. It may not be Full House, but it is family-friendly entertainment, which is what she enjoys and prefers. The branding and everything else coalesces perfectly between the two.

Cameron Bure continued, “I have fans who are 6 years old who recognize me as D.J. Tanner, whether it’s from the original show or the new show on Netflix. And then I have 60-year-old fans that love me on Hallmark Channel. I couldn’t be more thrilled. I love being associated with Christmas — it’s my favorite holiday of the year.”

How cool is that? Candace Cameron Bure has found her niche with different generations for different shows and movies. It’s also funny that she does love the Christmas aspect of it, as she notes it is her favorite holiday. One would think it would have to be as involved as Cameron Bure is in the space. Look out for The Christmas Contest Sunday evening on the Hallmark Channel.
