It looks like Carrie Ann Inaba is living her best life since announcing that she will not be returning as a co-host of “The Talk.”

On Sunday, Aug. 22, the 53-year-old television personality shared a photo of her looking very happy on a beach. She is wearing a hat and a beautiful gold necklace. Inaba is all-smiles as she takes in the seaside scenery. And, based on her caption, such a location is somewhere she is very happy to be.

“She and sea. … Friends forever,” Carrie Ann Inaba shared on Instagram. Check out the post below.

Earlier in August, news came to light that Inaba would exit “The Talk” after just over two years on the popular daytime show. She joined the hosting panel in January 2019. She took over for Julie Chen at that time. Earlier this year, she announced that she would take a hiatus from the series.

Carrie Ann Inaba often frequently posts on Instagram. So, it’s not surprising that she would take to the social media platform to share an emotional message about leaving her job on “The Talk.”

“My heart is full and content. I’m truly grateful for all that was, all that is (life is in perfection), and all that will be. To all my friends and family at @thetalkcbs I wish you a great Season ahead! And, I also very much look forward to my own future as well. Life is good. And endings can be as beautiful as beginnings,” part of her Instagram message read.

Sharon Osbourne, one of Inaba’s former co-hosts on “The Talk,” recently commented on Inaba’s exit from the show. And, her message was one of well-wishes.

“Wishing you all the success and a beautiful new journey! Luvs ya!” Osbourne shared.

Carrie Ann Inaba Will Return to ‘Dancing with the Stars’

Even though she will no longer appear on “The Talk,” Carrie Ann Inaba will still be appearing on television in the near future. In part of her recent emotional social media message, she also referenced her upcoming work as a judge on “Dancing with the Stars.”

“For now, let’s get the sequins shined up for @dancingabc Season 30! #dailyessential #thetalk #gratitude,” Inaba also posted.

Carrie Ann Inaba will return as a judge on the popular reality television in a few weeks. Its 30th season is set to air on ABC on Sept. 20 beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
