Carrie Ann Inaba has been taking some time to make sure she is healthy before returning to The Talk. And if her most recent photo on social media is any indication, it would seem that she is starting to feel better by the day.

If you know Carrie Ann Inaba, you know that she is basically a jack of all trades. Of course, she is a current co-host and moderator on the CBS Daytime talk show, The Talk. However, for fans that may have missed the news, Inaba decided recently to take a leave of absence from the show back in late April.

She says that she has been struggling with a number of different health issues. In addition to The Talk, she might be best known for her work on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

But despite the seriousness of what she is going through, Inaba makes sure to keep her loyal fans in the loop. Her most recent “Throwback Thursday” post comes with that same perspective in mind. Inaba graced her fans and followers on Thursday evening with a throwback picture of her looking like a “rocker chic.”

“That time we did a mini photo shoot in a dressing room somewhere in Vegas,” Inaba wrote alongside her photo. “I was feeling kinda rocker chic in my faux leather pants.”

Although she always has a smile on her face, Carrie Ann Inaba goes through more than anyone should have to deal with. The talk show host has suffered from a number of different issues including spinal stenosis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, and lupus.

Carrie Ann Inaba Took a Leave of Absence in April

It was just last month that Carrie Ann Inaba let the world know that she was taking a temporary break from her role on the daytime talk show.

In a video she shared on Instagram, Inaba said, “Hi everyone. So I wanted to let you know personally that I have decided to take a leave of absence from ‘The Talk’ to focus on my wellbeing. I know you guys understand, health is the most important thing. I appreciate your support and I appreciate the love and support from ‘The Talk’ family. And I hope to be back soon. Take care and I will keep you updated. Thank you.”

Prior to stepping down, Inaba said that she had been having severe shooting pains and took a short break back in March. However, the TV star did return briefly before officially announcing her leave in April.
