Captain Keith Colburn of “Deadliest Catch” took to Twitter and offered condolences after learning of the death of a fishing pioneer.

Colburn, who captains the “F/V Wizard” on the show, posted a photo and some kind words about Chuck Bundrant.

Take a look at what he said on Monday.

Bundrant, a billionaire who founded Trident Seafoods, died on Sunday at 79 years old.

He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2006. Joe Bundrant, his son, has been the chief executive officer of Trident since 2013.

Back in 2020, four of the captains on “Deadliest Catch” took part in a fundraiser for Parkinson’s disease research.

The show, which continues to be popular on The Discovery Channel, also features Sig and Mandy Hansen, “Wild” Bill Wichrowski, Jake Anderson, and Johnathan Hillstrand.

‘Deadliest Catch’ Star Colburn Happened To Have A Meltdown On The Sea

While we take note of Keith Colburn’s message, on the show earlier this year, “Deadliest Catch” showed him having a meltdown when his boat, the Wizard, collided with a boat at sea.

This happened in the Bering Sea, where all action takes place.

Colburn sees this vessel is heading straight at them.

As they near each other, Captain Colburn screams into multiple radios.

Well, the other boat appears to make contact at one point. Colburn then checks out the damage. They separate and give one another space. Colburn and his crew are now worried about potential damage to their own vessel.

Following the incident at sea, Captain Colburn radioed the other vessel to find out what happened as they approached his ship. The Deadliest Catch captain wanted to get to the bottom of why the Wizard got rammed in open waters.

Colburn said, “I have no idea what you were thinking. Did you have an engine failure, what happened? What occurred to have you try and cut right in front of this boat that’s doing four and a half knots?”

‘Deadliest Catch’ Captain Sig Admits He’s Jealous of Talk Show Host Steve Harvey

Now, what in the world would make “Deadliest Catch” captain Sig Hansen jealous of talk show host Steve Harvey?

Well, let’s take a look and see what he said.

Hansen had a discussion with Channel Guide Magazine in May 2021 where he chatted about the challenges of crab season.

Oh, and about Harvey?

“I am jealous of Steve Harvey and I don’t get jealous of anybody,” Hansen said. “I just think it is so interesting how these guys make it work. And to me, it looks like fun on the job. My job is super fun when we’re doing well.”

Harvey has made his name as a comedian as well as on “Family Feud.”
