While she has been criticized for this in the past, it has also led to her being a record-breaking artist with hit album after album.
Since then, she has withdrawn herself from the spotlight when it comes to her relationships. However, she has been dating Joe Alwyn for about four years. Due to her previous relationships with people like Hiddleston and Calvin Harris who drew a lot of paparazzi into her personal life, they both keep the relationship private.
Is the Engagement Just a ‘Folklore?’
However, “folklore” has revealed that Alwyn has been involved in co-writing. It may be a sign he will become more involved in Swift’s public life.
According to an article from Elle, the couple met in 2016 and Swift went to a premiere of his film, “Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk.”
“We decided together we wanted our relationship to be private … Even though it [Swift’s public image in 2016] was really horrible, I was happy. But I wasn’t happy in the way I was trained to be happy. It was happiness without anyone else’s input. We were just…happy,” Swift said in her “Miss Americana” documentary.
The two appeared to be quarantining together during COVID-19 due to similar Instagram photos.
When it comes to their engagement, nothing has been confirmed. However, the newest rumors come from her process of re-recording her song “Love Story.”
The news of her re-recording her masters have caused a lot of excited fans. The song recently was in a commercial that Ryan Reynolds made and it caused fans to wonder if the lyrics had changed.
Fans thought the lyrics changed from “Baby, just say, ‘Yes'” to “Baby, just said, ‘Yes.'”
However, according to ET, there are no confirmations for engagement and sources have denied that the lyrics have changed. However, sources said that Alywn has been a “constant” in Swift’s life and that their “future together” has been talked about.
So, it looks like “Baby, would say, ‘Yes.'”
