Dog the Bounty Hunter’s family feud keeps escalating leading up to his wedding next month. Between reportedly not inviting two of his daughters, Bonnie and Cecily, and another of his daughters, Lyssa, calling out her siblings, things seem to be coming to a head.
A reputable source told US Weekly Dog is ready to “take legal action” against his daughter for her controversial statements.
Bonnie Chapman, the daughter Dog is referring to, made bold claims lately concerning her father. Stating “Dog Unleashed’s” producers fired Dog for homophobic and racist comments, Bonnie also accused her father of cheating on her late mother, Beth Chapman.
“I hated him every time he did it, but I forgave him for that because I wanted a relationship with my dad. I thought I only had one parent left. My mom was a true leader, and believe it or not; she kept my dad focused on his career. We all know of his missteps, but my mom always stood by him.”
Seemingly confirming he excluded Bonnie and Cecily from his wedding, Dog responded to the allegations. “This is exactly why we had to exclude them. They’ve fallen in with a bad crowd and are working with the wrong people — I know because I’ve not only had dealings with them, but arrested them myself previously.”
Dog goes on to say they’re his daughters and he loves them, but they can’t be a part of his wedding. He noted their large family and how they’re doing everything they can to make sure the celebration goes off without a hitch.
“We’ve spent so long on this to ensure it’s going to be just perfect and believe me, nothing is going to get in the way of us.”
Lyssa Adamantly Defends Dog the Bounty Hunter From Her Siblings
Yesterday, Lyssa took to social media to defend her father against her sisters’ allegations. In a lengthy Instagram post, she goes into detail about how supportive her father is.
Specifically referencing the homophobic and racist comments, Lyssa claims “dad is not racist and not homophobic. I am a GAY woman and my father never shamed me. He has welcomed all my partners both male and female.”
Dog referenced his two daughters falling in with a “bad crowd,” and Lyssa says the same. She goes so far as to claim her sisters are being “groomed” and “indoctrinated.”
Ex-business partners of Dog, Lyssa stated “these people influencing my sister are of a Cult Mentality and my sisters have been indoctrinated. They are being used as pawns and disgracing their Mothers legacy and their father’s reputation at the hands of other people.”
Like Dog, she still cares for her sisters and asks her followers to pray for them to break free from the hold “these criminals” have on them.
