Sadie Robertson’s Date Night

Sadie Robertson rocks a pinkish-purple dress with bow straps and white tennis shoes, while Christian wears a plain t-shirt and cuffed jeans, also with white tennis shoes.

The young reality TV star gushed to her 4.3 million followers her adoration for her sweet husband.

“I love dating you.”

Date nights alone may be hard to come by soon, with Sadie Robertson ready to pop any day. Just yesterday, the soon-to-be mother announced her much-anticipated daughter’s name. In a lengthy Instagram caption, she debuts baby Honey’s name.

“Going ahead and telling the world our sweet baby’s name because I would rather y’all hear it from me and Christian than things going around. This little girl and her name already mean the world to us 💛. Honey James Huff.”

Sadie Robertson gave fans a few clues throughout her pregnancy on what her daughter’s name would be. She noted that it was unique to the family, and it was from the Bible. Need proof?

“Gracious words are like HONEY, sweetness to the soul and health to the body. Proverbs‬ ‭16:24‬ .”

How many of you guess the name Honey? We sure didn’t, but we are sure she will be as sweet as her name insinuated.

Words like Honey

Honey is due any day, as Sadie Robertson announced her nine-month milestone at the beginning of April. The baby girl will be Sadie and Christian’s first child after their marriage in November 2019.

Sadie continued in her caption to share the significance behind the name Honey.

“I’ve always loved this verse,” wrote Sadie Robertson. “It made me have a love for the idea of all that honey is. It’s a sweet delicacy with a strong healing component. When Christian and I started dating, we went through the book of Proverbs together, and I remember getting to chapter 16, and as I read verse 24, I said to him, “you have words like honey. they are so sweet and are healing places in my heart I didn’t even know needed to be healed.”

“On our first date, we went to do pottery together, and on my cup, I simply wrote “honey” because I called him the boy with the honey words. Fast forward 2 and a half years later, and we have a daughter on the way who we so proudly get to name after one of the loveliest words. Not to mention this word reminds me of my great-grandma, who calls everyone she loves honey.”
