Earlier this week, Michael Waddell sat down with Si Robertson and the Duck Call Room podcast crew. And after talking with the guys, he posted a tweet to commemorate the day.

Si and Waddell used their time to trade hunting stories and talk about Waddell’s podcast, A bone to pick. The episode, entitled Uncle Si & the Dale Earnhardt Story You’ve Never Heard, aired on Apple Podcast this past Thursday (August 26th).

In his tweet, The Bone Collector’s Waddell wrote, “What a great day hanging with the @Duck_Commander crew!”

One of the photos shows Waddel posing with everyone’s favorite uncle, Si Robertson. And a second picture captured the rest of the group.

“Had [a] blast being a guest on the Duck Call Room podcast with Si Robertson & @friar_martin_dc,” he continued. “We also had them on our @Realtree A bone to pick podcast. We laughed, nearly cried & talked a lot of country boy philosophy!”

Si Robertson’s A Bone to Pick episode also aired on August 26th. He sat down to chat about “good ole boy wisdom” and solve “world problems.”

Si Robertson Teases New Series

Si Roberston isn’t just talking about hunting and the deep south in his podcast. Recently, the reality star mentioned that a new TV series may be in the future for him.

His original show, Duck Dynasty, which ran for 12 seasons on A&E, was canceled in 2016. The reality series followed the whole Roberston family as they ran their duck calling business in Louisiana. It was one of the highest-rated unscripted television series in history.

Fox News reported that the series ended due to scheduling conflicts and “a major ratings dip.”

But it looks like uncle Si may be returning to the small screen.

According to a post on Si Robertson’s Instagram page, a new series is in the works. In the caption, Si mentions that Jeb Robertson is back on the podcast. Then he writes, “And there’s a new TV show on the way. You don’t want to miss the new @duckcallroom, boys! Link in bio.”

Fans who are interested in learning more should check out the August 10th podcast called What Phil Did When Jeb Nearly Drowned on Apple Podcasts or YouTube.
