Since duck hunting season doesn’t start up for another few months, Jase and Missy are taking the time to try out chicken farming. Jase shared a picture of Missy out in the middle of the woods, bending down to put something on the ground. The next pic in the post shows off the couple’s adorable chickens.
“My wife the chicken farmer. Possible proof of modern-day miracles. @missyduckwife,” the “Duck Dynasty” star captioned the Instagram post.
Modern-day miracles indeed. Missy apparently isn’t the type to get down and dirty unless she absolutely has to. But she admitted herself that it’s something she’s “working on.”
On her own Instagram page, the “Duck Dynasty” star’s wife shared a photo of her and the family enjoying their new farm life.
“Farm livin’ is the life for me…well, I’m working on that part,” Missy wrote. “God opened a door for us (a barn door) and we walked right through! Making new feathered friends and learning what the land has to offer us is a fun challenge. Being near our big kids and upcoming grandbaby is going to be the absolute best! (We’re not leaving West Monroe, just expanding). I love my family!”
Missy tagged the geolocation on the post in Nashville, Tennessee. That’s where her two sons, Reed and Cole, currently live. Reed and his wife, Brighton, are expecting a baby girl. Sounds like the family will keep a farm up in Nashville while also keeping their house in West Munroe, Louisiana.
‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Jase Robertson Sends Sweet Anniversary Message to Wife Missy
“Duck Dynasty” star Jase Robertson recently celebrated his 31st wedding anniversary with his wife, Missy. He posted the cutest picture of the two of them, featuring a huge vase of flowers. In his caption, Jase quoted a Bible passage (Proverbs 31: 10-12) that seems to sum up the past 31 years with Missy.
“‘A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life,'” the Instagram caption reads. “I found me a good one. No @garrett_metaldetectors required. Happy Anniversary, Babe.”
But Missy’s own anniversary shout-out to Jase might take the cake. She posted a throwback to their high school homecoming, featuring a perm and awkward pose in front of the camera.
“This moment turned into 31 years of marriage! These two teens had no idea what God had already planned for them. Young people, it’s important who you date. One Moment In Time can literally change your life. It did for us,” the “Duck Dynasty” star’s wife captioned the post.
