Duck Dynasty” star Sadie Robertson Huff took to Instagram recently to show her appreciation for her Husband of two years, Christian Huff. In the Tuesday post, Huff posts a photo of her husband Christian at a pull-up bar, mid-workout.

The caption of the post reads,

“HUSBAND APPRECIATION POST!”

“Christian is so passionate about fitness, but the best part about him is he is way more passionate about Jesus! Now he is combining his passions and starting a movement called 4:8 men! Starting with a podcast that will start this Friday! He is so excited to challenge others in training physically and spiritually.”

She continues, “Babe, I’m so proud of you! You bust your butt, you’re the strongest guy I know, yet you keep your priorities of faith and family first. You inspire me, and I’m so grateful for you that you’re using your gifting for the kingdom!”

Huff then encourages other women to tag their significant other and plugs her husband’s new podcast, “4:8 Men.”

Huff’s Hubby Has an Exciting Project

The Instagram account for the aforementioned podcast became active on Tuesday. In one of the initial posts on the account, the caption is a bible verse. This verse seems to have inspired the project. The caption reads,  “‘For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.’1 Timothy‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬”.

A more recent post on the account appears to give a little bit more insight into what the project is all about. A photo of Christian training is paired with a caption that reads, “Physical training can be challenging, yet it’s so rewarding to feel strong and confident. Spiritual training is similar, it’s challenging as well, yet it’s the most rewarding thing we can do with our life. I have found that both physical and spiritual training is better when training with people. That’s why I wanted to start a community of 4:8 men willing to be pushed physically as well as spiritually. Who’s in?”

‘Duck Dynasty’ Wants More Kids, but ‘Not Anytime Soon’

While Huff’s post may have been to promote her Husband’s project at launch, the love the two share is undeniable. The couple welcomed their first child into the world in May of this year, and are looking happier than ever. “Duck Dynasty” star Sadie said in an Instagram Q&A that they’re not planning on having more children any time soon. However, they do want more, the “Duck Dynasty” star says. It seems the couple wants to focus on their 6-month-old baby girl. Meanwhile, the couple is sharing plenty of cute pictures of her online in the process.

After a scary birth experience, it’s understandable that Sadie wants to give her body and mind recovery time before thinking about more children. Sadie shared the story on her podcast two months after her daughters’ birth. “I thought they cut me open because of how painful it was when they pressed on my stomach,” the actress told her listeners. “Now I know they were pressing my pelvis bone to get her out because what happened was Honey got stuck. Her shoulder got stuck. In that moment, every second counts and they couldn’t get her out for two minutes and 10 seconds. This really was very scary and really dangerous.”

Luckily the Huff family is alive and well, on top of being full with love.
