On Tuesday, Duck Dynasty star Si Robertson shared a message on his podcast giving credit to his fans for helping him figure out what he excels at in life.
The fan favorite uncle on the hit reality show opened up on his podcast Duck Call Room. Like many other celebrities, Uncle Si got into podcasting at the end of last year in December 2020. It’s the perfect format to hear Si’s amusing ramblings, unique tidbits of wisdom, and to hear about his typical everyday antics.
He shared a short clip on Instagram of a segment of his most recent podcast episode. Robertson spoke about Duck Dynasty becoming popular when it aired on A&E from 2012 to 2017. The Vietnam veteran became a scene-stealing character on the reality show that followed the Robertson family and their Duck Commander business.
Uncle Si made sure to give credit where credit is due while talking about the show. He thanked fans for helping him figure out what he’s good at.
“Duck Dynasty arrives on the scene, and the fans actually told me what I’m good at. Blowing smoke and making people laugh,” Si Robertson said on his Duck Call Room podcast.
“Hey, it only took me 65 years to figure it out, okay? And I have the Duck Dynasty fans to thank for that,” Uncle Si wrote on Instagram.

As mentioned before, Uncle Si’s podcast is perfect for hearing more of his hilarious stories. However, once in a while listeners will get a surprisingly fresh take when he’s sharing serious advice. That was the case recently when he revealed some intelligent relationship advice for those still looking for their true love.
You never know what you’ll get on the podcast from the Duck Dynasty star. A few weeks ago, Si Robertson got serious with his fans when he reassured listeners and viewers that their other half is out there waiting on them. Yet he admitted that people have to be intelligent enough to take advantage when they finally meet.
“Oh, trust me when I tell you. God’s got one already picked out for you. All you’ve got to do is be smart enough to realize it when the opportunity comes along,” Uncle Si explains in the video.
The Duck Dynasty uncle emphasized his advice and said that he stands by his words of wisdom with all his heart.
