Good Morning America host and NFL legend Michael Strahan can’t get enough of his children, and for good reason.

With three daughters and a son, he’s got a lot to love. On Thursday, Strahan took to social media to celebrate his eldest child, Tanita.

Tanita celebrated her 30th birthday on November 10.

“On the left, you were the first person I celebrated being drafted with,” Michael Strahan wrote. “On the right, you are looking absolutely beautiful celebrating your 30th bday yesterday! Tanita, you gave me the greatest gift in life… being a father!”

In the 1993 NFL Draft, the New York Giants took Michael Strahan with the 40th overall pick in the second round. Over the next 15 years, he would become one of the biggest names in the NFL, racking up 141.5 sacks and leading the Giants to a Super Bowl win in 2007.

Tanita was by his side the entire way, as was Strahan to her. Now 30, it’s clear that support is still very real.

“May all your dreams continue to come true,” Michael Strahan added. “I love you and am so proud of you. Keep using your creativity to bring joy to the world.”

Friends and coworkers couldn’t help but send their wishes. Good Morning America star Robin Roberts said “Absolutely precious!” while Ginger Zee dropped a few heart emojis.

Michael Strahan Celebrates Twin Daughters’ Birthday Just Recently

Interestingly enough, just two weeks ago was the shared birthday of Michael Strahan’s twin daughters Isabella and Sophia.

The pair turned 17 on October 28, and their dad couldn’t help but be a dad in a heartwarming post.

“Happy birthday to my babies!” Michael Strahan said. “Well, they’re not really babies anymore! I can’t believe they turned 17 today!!!! So proud of them and everything they continue to accomplish in life! Love you, Isabella Strahan and Sophia Strahan.

Like with their half-sister Tanita, it’s fun to see the NFL legend’s resemblance in his children. One of the most recognizable faces in sports and television means those genes are clear as day when they get passed on, and that’s evidenced by the look of his three daughters.

Considering that Strahan was also honored by the New York Giants recently and had his jersey number retired, it’s been a joyous fall for the Good Morning America host and former defensive lineman.

Plus, with how busy he’s been, we wouldn’t be surprised if there’s even more cause for celebration coming around the corner for Michael Strahan.
