Gwen Stefani Shares Backstage Pics and Videos from ‘Honeymoon Tour’ with Blake Shelton

Pop singer-songwriter Gwen Stefani took to her Instagram on Wednesday (August 25th) to post a snapshot and videos while being backstage of her husband Blake Shelton’s tour

“#honeymoon tour w my @blakeshelton #ohio #happyanywhere #nobodybutyou gx,” Gwen Stefani shares in the post. 

While Blake is in the midst of his own tour, Stefani is set to take the stage at the Zappos Theater for her last Las Vegas residency starting on October 22nd. She will have shows until November 6th. 

Gwen Stefani Shares Details About Her Home Life With Shelton 

During an October 2019 interview with Shape, Gwen Stefani opened up about her home life with Shelton. “He’s a feeder,” Gwen stated. “He’ll go, ‘Here, I bought you some candy.”

Stefani also said the relationship with Shelton has helped heal her following her divorce from Gavin Rossdale. “I feel as if I spent the last four years healing. Trying to build my life again.”

The pop singer-songwriter further explained that having Shelton as her best friend helped her through all the rough parts of the divorce. He also went through a divorce from fellow country singer Miranda Lambert. 

In terms to stick to her California roots, Stefani said by being with Shelton, she now gets to spend time at his Oklahoma ranch. She also called theirl life at the ranch really simple and it’s a nice contrast to L.A.

Stefani Talks Balancing Career & Home Life

Also during her interview with Shape, Gwen Stefani admitted that balancing between her career and home life is the hardest thing she has experienced. “[Balance is] also the most important [thing]. Being with my family, having time with Blake where we just watch movies.”

Stefani then explained that with careers, everyone just has to keep swimming, keep moving or else they will look back with regrets. “I don’t feel like feeling like. I want to do creative things when I want. And I want to stop chasing all the time.”

Stefani admitted it’s hard to balance and continuously chasing, but she really enjoys being in the moment. In regards to achieving projects at her own personal pace, Stefani said that while she loves having those projects, she also loves her bed and downtime. “I love to know that I don’t have the guilt of being so busy that I miss out on taking my kids to school.”

She then said her kids have taught her how to be more organized and a little more balanced. “I lived at home until I was 26, then I had a tour manager, then a manager, then an assistant. On tour, you even have somebody who has the key to your hotel room. But as a mom, you have to be the one in charge.”
