Are you in the market for a beautiful home with spectacular views? Do you have almost $20 million to spend? If so, the former home of two of the producers from the classic sitcom “Happy Days” just might be the property you are looking for.

According to the New Haven Register, the home in question is a Connecticut estate once owned by “Happy Days” producers Thomas L. Miller and Robert Boyett. Miller and Boyett were a couple for many years. Sadly, however, Miller passed away in April 2020.

Now, the luxurious estate is available for sale. Its price tag is $17,950,000. That seems a very expensive price to pay. But, if you have the money this property is worth it. The article reports that the home is almost 22,282 square feet in size. It includes nine bedrooms. There are also 10 full bathrooms and four half-baths.

Beautiful Estate Includes Opulent Formal Dining Space

More details about the home can be found on the website of the company handling the sale. That company is Elyse Harney Real Estate. One of the most impressive features of the main house on the property is an incredible “39-foot-long formal dining space with a soaring 32-foot-tall (3 story) glass atrium ceiling.”

The property also includes a pool, spa, tennis court, warehouse, art storage building, and a caretaker’s cottage, according to the listing.

Unsurprisingly, the home of the two “Happy Days” producers was built by a firm that has vast experience. That firm was Acheson Doyle Partners Architects. In addition to building this Connecticut home, the firm is also reportedly responsible for the building of the penthouse residence at the famous Plaza Hotel in New York City. The firm also built the Liberty Island Pavilion. This pavilion is found in New York close to the Statue of Liberty.

The mansion and property are located at 57 Mount Tom Road in Salisbury, Connecticut. It would be very easy to have many, many “Happy Days” living in that home.

Words can hardly do the Connecticut estate owned by the two “Happy Days” producers justice. Luckily, an online video tour is available to prospective buyers – and those who just want to have a look inside the opulent home.

The video was shared by Elyse Harney Real Estate on YouTube. It offers a tour of the mansion and its grounds.

In addition to the video, the real estate agent shared even more details about the beautiful home.

“… the 9-bedroom main house is on more than 470 pristine acres and boasts unparalleled western views of the Berkshire Mountain Range,” the agency shared. “… a rustic log cabin on the highest point of the property has the best views of the Twin Lakes in the county.”
