Turkeys are thawing all across the nation and pies are getting prepped for the oven as Thanksgiving day is almost here! And, of course, with that holiday prep will come the 95th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
This year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade is especially exciting. This is because last year’s event, the 2020 Macy’s parade went on without live spectators.
To celebrate the return to the annual parade’s beloved traditions this year’s event is coming back to us bigger and better than before. Ready to kick off the 2021 holiday season.
And, as always, those unable to make it to New York City to watch the annual holiday tradition in person can watch the parade from home. In fact, organizers of the event say that watching from home is now going to be even easier than before.
The three-hour-long broadcast will be hosted by Roker, Savannah Guthrie, and Hoda Kotb, and is set to begin on NBC at 9 a.m. in every time zone. The live broadcast will continue until noon.
Those looking to follow the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade in Spanish can turn on the Telemundo network where the traditional event will be simulcast in Spanish. This version will be hosted by En Casa con Telemundo’s Ana Jurka and Carlos Adyan. Jurka and Adyan will be accompanied by Freddy Lomelí.
There’s a Way for Everyone To Tune In To the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
For those hoping to catch the parade on their phones or laptops, the annual parade will also be streamed on NBC’s website. The network will also feature the event on the app. NBC will also be airing an encore of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade from 2-5 p.m. EST.
Those who have decided to cut the cord with their cable companies but still want to catch the parade on their televisions still have plenty of options.
NBC is planning on live streaming the parade on the Peacock network.
Viewers can also opt to watch the parade through a variety of streaming services that offer NBC within their packages. Some of these options include Hulu +’s Live TV and YouTube TV.
