‘Jeopardy!’: Ken Jennings Hilariously Requests Social Media Add a ‘Just Kidding’ Button

Have you ever accidentally clicked on a promoted ad on social media? Well, Ken Jennings feels your pain. In fact, the former Jeopardy! the host suggested that social media add a “just kidding” button in a hilarious Twitter post earlier today. Not surprisingly, many of his followers agreed with the sentiment.

“There should be a “No! No! Gah! Just kidding!” button when you accidentally click on a promoted tweet,” Ken Jennings wrote in the post. Plenty of fans chimed in, sharing in Jennings’ sentiment. One wrote “the pain is real,” while another one added, “the guilt is real.”

Fans Want Ken Jennings On Jeopardy!

As has often been the case on Ken Jennings Tweets recently, fans say they don’t want the former champion to leave Jeopardy!. One fan commented on this post saying “we want you back on Jeopardy!” in response to the Tweet. After taking over the reins as host for former host Alex Trebek, Jeopardy! fans have loved what he has done. In fact, they love him so much some have threatened to boycott the show if he leaves.

Ken Jennings passed hosting duties over to Jeopardy! executive producer, Mike Richards. Jennings, of course, took the helm when Alex Trebek tragically died of pancreatic cancer. However, now that it is time to pass the baton once more, fans don’t want to see him go.

Ken Has Other Plans

Unfortunately for those Jeopardy! fans that really love Ken Jennings, the game show legend has decided to try his luck elsewhere. For instance, he has announced that he will enter the game show Masterminds as a contestant later on tonight. Jennings already owns the title of highest-earning game show contestant ever with a net worth of around $4 million. But what’s a little more pocket change for the game show GOAT?

This will not be Ken Jennings’ first appearance as a contestant on a game show since his epic Jeopardy! run back in the day. In fact, Jennings has appeared on several other big game shows, growing his net worth each time. Since Jeopardy!, he showed his skills on “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader,” “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,” “1 vs. 100,” “Grand Slam,” “Stump the Master,” “The Chase,” and a handful of other shows.
