Fans love the crazy stunts and realistic violence of the John Wick series. So, when the cast and crew finished filming the fourth installment of the series, star Keanu Reeves gave the stunt team Rolex watches as a wrap gift.

A Keanu Reeves fan page compiled some of the photos of the guys showing off their new beautiful timepieces. Stuntman Jeremy Marinas posted a photo of his on social media with the caption “Best Wrap Gift Ever,” TMZ reported. The news outlet says the watches cost just shy of $10,000 each.

He had each watch engraved with “The John Wick 5” and a personal message from the star.

Stories of the generosity of Keanu Reeves litter the internet. Some are apocryphal, like the enduring myth that he gave up his paycheck on the film Matrix movies for the special effects team. But there are plenty of real examples where he acted less like an A-List celebrity and more like a friendly neighbor.

He did give up his seat on a crowded subway to a woman with a heavy bag. After mechanical issues grounded a commercial flight he was on, so Reeves organized a road trip for the rest of the passengers so they could get to their original destination.

He also runs a charitable organization that gives money to children’s hospitals anonymously.

“I have a private foundation that’s been running for five or six years. It helps aid a couple of children’s hospitals and cancer research,” Reeves told the Ladies Home Journal in 2009. “I don’t like to attach my name to it, I just let the foundation do what it does.”

‘John Wick’ Prequel Series Adds Onto The Cast

Mel Gibson will star in a John Wick prequel series set in 1970s New York that will focus on the fictional hotel for assassins called The Continental.

Deadline reported that Nhung Kate, Mishel Prada, Jessica Allain, Ben Robson, and Hubert Point-Du Jour will all be series regulars.

The three-part series on Starz will follow Winston Scott as he establishes his hotel. Ian McShane made the role famous in the John Wick series. But Colin Woodell is set to take on the role for the show.

“What we’re exploring in The Continental is the young Winston and how it came to be that he and his team of confederates found their way into this hotel which we have met for the first time in the movie franchise 40 years later,” Lionsgate TV’s Kevin Beggs told Deadline. “That’s the arena. I won’t give away more than that, but Starz really leaned into this take also, and they have been great collaborators. And how we’ve approached this first season is as three essentially 90-minute events which you could construe as a limited series or a limited event series.”
