Friend and fellow golfer Kid Rock is wishing Tiger Woods well with this heartfelt message as the PGA legend recovers.

Tiger Woods continues to recover after his horrible car crash, and his friends are all sending their best. Among them is Kid Rock, who sends his well wishes via Facebook as Woods undergoes surgery amidst multiple leg injuries.

The unlikely duo shares a passion for golf, and have a friendship dating back many years. Most notably, the two played together in Las Vegas, Nevada during Tiger Woods’ Tiger Jam 2013 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center (pictured above).

“Wishing Tiger Woods a speedy recovery and sending love,” Kid Rock starts off in his heartfelt message. “His golf record speaks for itself. And while the media so often highlights his personal struggles, what stands out to me most from knowing him for many years is his philanthropy, kindness and being such a great friend and father. Get well soon TW.”

Prior to his crash, Woods was filming a documentary for Golf Digest alongside David Spade and Dwayne Wade, CBS LA Sports reports. Before this, the sports icon was in recovery from back surgery he underwent in December of 2020 – the fifth surgery since his spinal fusions began in 2017.

Now, Tiger Woods undergoes further surgery after leg injuries from the horrible car crash.

Tiger Woods Extracted from His Vehicle

Woods was the sole occupant in the single-car accident at 7 a.m. Pacific time. No others were injured during his crash.

“On February 21, 2021, at approximately 7:12 AM, LASD responded to a single vehicle roll-over traffic collision on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes,” The LA County Sheriff’s office reports.

“The vehicle was traveling northbound on Hawthorne Boulevard, at Blackhorse Road, when it crashed. The vehicle sustained major damage,” officials continue.

“The driver and sole occupant was identified as PGA golfer, Eldrick “Tiger” Woods. Mr. Woods was extricated from the wreck with the ‘jaws of life’ by Los Angeles County firefighters and paramedics, then transported to a local hospital by ambulance for his injuries.”

“The traffic investigation is [in the hands of] investigators from LASD Lomita Station,” their statement concludes.

We wish all the best to legend Tiger Woods during his recovery and hope to see him on the course again as soon as he recovers.
