Kid Rock Selling Massive $2.2 Million Detroit Mansion: All the Details

Kid Rock is selling his massive mansion in Detroit, again. This isn’t the first time the Detroit Cowboy listed this sprawling home on the market.

The musician previously listed the home in July 2019, also for $2.2 million. Additionally, Kid Rock’s putting the place back on the market, and it’s been there since August. While Rock’s purchase price for the home is unknown, it was listed for $465,000 in 2011, less than a year before he bought it.

The 1930 American Colonial house sits on almost an acre of land and is tucked away behind gates. The three-story home is 6,000-square-feet and is one of the only few homes, including the Detroit Mayoral Mansion, that’s located on the Detroit River.

The four floors are filled with patriotic pieces and religious decorative elements. Kid Rock, also know as Robert Richie, adds a few touches of his own to the mansion, like his signature curtain shades and “Hittsville” poster in the basement.
