Kid Rock is celebrating Veterans Day 2020 by showing his appreciation and admiration for those who currently serve in the US armed forces as well as the veterans. The “Picture” singer took to social media on Wednesday morning to pen a moving post about the military.
The 49-year-old musician shared a handful of photos in addition to offering kind words about veterans and military members. One picture shows him performing onstage for military members while another shows him serving up a meal around Christmas time.
“Some of the hardest and most rewarding work I have ever done was performing and spending time with our military around the world,” he captioned the post. “But it is nothing compared to the service and dedication our proud veterans and their families have done for our great nation. Thank you again!-Kid Rock.”
Kid Rock is a staunch supporter of the military and veterans. In addition to donating hours upon hours to spending time with those in uniform, he’s also released music to celebrate them.
Back in December of 2016, Kid Rock also released a song dedicated to veterans and service members. He collaborated with the band The Trews on a song called “Highway of Heroes.”
At the time, he also wrote on his Facebook page about the song: “We don’t have to wait for a holiday to thank our service men and women. Take a moment to thank a veteran or service member today.”

Kid Rock Takes Aim at Lady Gaga in New Hunting Photo
In other recent news regarding the “All Summer Long” singer, earlier this month, he took a shot at Lady Gaga.
The pop superstar grabbed headlines last week for going full-camo in a video urging Americans to vote for Joe Biden. Kid Rock later seemingly took a swipe at Gaga by sharing a full-camo photo himself.
He shared the photo with the caption: “In case you kids were wondering what camo is really worn for.”
