‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’ Star Christopher Meloni Has Hilarious Response to Washington Football Team’s ‘Sewage’ Leak

“Law & Order: Organized Crime” star Christopher Meloni was only too happy to poke fun at the poor Washington Football fans who had a crappy day at FedEx Field on Sunday.

And yes, we mean crappy literally. According to the fans who recorded the mess, a ton of sewage leaked out of the stadium and splattered seats during the Washington Football game. Fans ran away, trying to avoid the deluge that just kept coming.

The “Law & Order” star reposted the video on his Twitter page along with a poke at the fan’s expense. “So much…” Meloni wrote. See the drenched fans for yourself in the video below.

On Sunday, a Washington Football Team spokesperson quickly cleared up that the liquid was not in fact, sewage. Per ESPN, the spokesperson told the outlet that the substance was rainwater that burst from a pipe. Plus, all the fans in that section received upgraded seats to the suite level for the rest of the game.

“The leak came from a storage tank filled with rainwater. We gave the fans in the section the option to move to a suite for the rest of the game, and we’re going to give them tickets to a game of their choice in the future. They were also given Washington Football Team gear,” the WFT spokesperson said.

Meloni’s fans still chose to think of it as sewage, though. They replied to the “Law & Order” star’s tweets with some quality jokes, especially at WFT owner Daniel Snyder’s expense.

“Not the first, nor the last time Daniel Snyder has sh*t on his fans,” Twitter user Joe Griner wrote.

“A metaphor for Daniel Snyder,” said another fan named Joel Keith.

Here’s hoping the Washington Football Team can update that stadium sooner rather than later.

‘Law & Order’ Star Chris Meloni Roasts Fan Who Can’t Come to His Event

Apparently, “Law & Order: Organized Crime” star Chris Meloni is just on a roll this week on Twitter. We knew that the actor could be blunt and even savage at times online. But one of his responses to a fan this week totally took the cake.

Yesterday, Meloni participated in a Q&A session with TV Line’s Michael Ausiello for 92Y. Fans could see the actor in person in New York or virtually. One fan posed a “conundrum” to Meloni on Twitter about the event.

“So @Chris_Meloni my 6 year old’s first baseball game conflicts with the @92Y event tomorrow that I already purchased a virtual ticket for. How do I navigate this conundrum?” Stephie asked.

The “Law & Order” star’s savage response? “Pretend you don’t have a 6-year-old.” Just like that. Poof.

In this case, fellow fans chimed in with some quality solutions. Some offered to buy the virtual ticket from Stephie. Others suggested she take her tablet to the game and watch Meloni when her child isn’t playing. A win-win for everyone.
