While she isn’t filming for Law & Order: SVU, Mariska Hargitay likes to get out and enjoy some great tennis. She shared selfies from a recent tournament. College athletics are always a joy to watch and participate in. Hargitay has a nephew that plays for Harvard’s men’s team.

The SVU star poses alongside her friend, whose son plays for Harvard, in one set of pictures. Having a child make it to college is always a proud moment for parents, however, when they go to Harvard, there is a little extra excitement. Not to mention playing tennis for the Crimson.

Hanging out with her friend, author Isabel Gillies, the two looked to be taking in the play at Harvard. While neither are alumni, admittedly so in the post, they are Crimson fans nonetheless.

“We’re serious cause we’re at Harvard,” the caption says. Mariska Hargitay included a number of hashtags, something she seems to struggle with, in a hilarious way. However, she included that she was a “proud auntie” and Gillies a “proud step mama”.

Hargitay also included a photo of her and her Nephew, Henry von der Schulenburg.

Hargitay’s nephew is quite an accomplished tennis player. As a junior player in Switzerland, he was able to receive a world ranking and a high ranking among Swiss players as a whole. He is a three-time national champion in Switzerland. So, his Law & Order: SVU auntie has a lot to be proud of in regards to his play, not to mention his academic achievement at Harvard.
