‘Law & Order: SVU’ Star Ice-T Kisses Look-Alike Daughter in Sweet New Concert Pic

Law & Order: SVU fans just can’t get enough of Ice-T and his adorable, mini-me-daughter Chanel.

Ice-T portrays Odafin “Fin” Tutuola on Law & Order: SVU. After Mariska Hargitay’s Olivia Benson, Fin is the second-longest tenured character on the show.

But when he’s not a boss detective on Law & Order: SVU, Ice-T is a performer. He’s an OG rapper and also performs with his heavy metal band Body Count. Over the weekend, he appeared at RockFest, his first performance since the pandemic shut down live concerts last year. And his wife, Coco, posted a photo of Chanel, who was on hand to watch her daddy’s performance. Fans immediately started discussing how the cute little 5-year-old looks so much like her dad.

Ice-T posted another behind-the-scenes photo to his Instagram. Chanel, with pink bows in her curly hair, is sitting on her big brother’s shoulders and sharing a kiss with her father.

“I think Lil Ice paid a price for @babychanelnicole and my stage Kiss at yesterday’s RockFest concert.. lol”

If you can’t get enough of Chanel, check out her Instagram page. She has almost 450,000 followers.

Ice-T and Coco also are former reality show stars. He handled both Law & Order: SVU and Ice Loves Coco from 2011-13. The couple got married in 2005. Chanel’s birth nearly coincided with her parents’ 10th anniversary.

Ice-T was born Tracy Marrow. The 63-year-old has three children. His namesake son is 29. And his oldest child, LaTesha Marrow, is 45. She was born when Ice-T and his girlfriend were in high school in Los Angeles.

Law & Order: SVU Fans Called Chanel ‘Mini Ice’

Meanwhile, the Law & Order: SVU fans still were buzzing about the cute daddy-daughter moment.

“This makes my heart smile,” one fan posted in response to the photo. Another said: “She’s boss lady ice.”

And this was universal: “Lil Ice and Mini Ice.”

Law & Order: SVU kicks off its 23rd season, Sept. 23. It’s the longest-running drama in TV primetime history. It also enjoyed its own spinoff when Law & Order: Organized Crime premiered this spring. That show stars Christopher Meloni as Elliot Stabler. And fans know that Stabler used to be Olivia Benson’s partner on SVU.

The show follows the Law & Order playbook. A ton of storylines are based on real-life situations reported in the news.

Hargitay recently described why Law & Order: SVU remains such a fan favorite.

“It resonates because it’s a path to healing and a path to survivorship,” Hargitay said. “Each week, Olivia Benson and the team depict an environment of compassion, sympathy and justice, providing hope to those who experience shame and isolation caused by sexual violence. The conversations that the show inspires have brought a greater awareness and understanding of the issues. And every disclosure is a chance to show that a victim is to be believed.”
