Hollywood heartthrob Mark Wahlberg took to his Instagram on Thursday (July 8th) to show off his massive arms following an exhausting round of golf.
“Golf was exhausting today. So this was Ace‘s workout!” Mark writes in the post, which features the snapshot of him posing next to his sleeping golf partner post-round.
Followers of Mark also took notice of his flexing arms. “Good arm Marky,” one follower states. While another jokingly adds, “This exercise can be very strenuous and hard on the neck and shoulder muscles due to angle and vibration from snoring!”
Mark Wahlberg Reveals How He Parents
In a 2014 interview with Risen Magazine, Mark Wahlberg discusses how he effectively approaches parenting. “The most effective thing is being engaged in every aspect of their life, but then also leading by example,” Wahlberg explains. He then notes it’s one thing to talk about setting examples, it’s another thing to do them.
Also speaking about leading by example, religious-wise, Wahlberg states that when his kids see him at church kneeling and praying, they can see and know how grateful and appreciative he is. “Plus they know how thoughtful and aware we are of what other people don’t have. Hopefully, that will rub off on them. Sometimes you have to just get down to old-fashioned discipline too,” Mark says. He adds it is important as a parent to be involved and communicate with children.

Also in the interview with Risen Magazine, Mark Wahlberg discusses his religious views, including how his faith has developed over time. “Obviously we live in the real world and bad things happen,” Mark explains.
Mark then says, “I remember the overall theme – having a bigger picture. And having my faith deeply rooted in Catholicism and the Lord.”
In regards to career opportunities that have come his way over the years, Mark adds that he treasures any opportunity that he has ever received and doesn’t take anything for granted. “I was given one opportunity to get into the [acting] business and I’ve been holding on to it ever since – cherishing it and nurturing it.”
Mark is currently preparing the premiere of his upcoming action-packed film Uncharted. The movie is serving as a prequel adaptation of the video games with the same name. Starring alongside Wahlberg in the film are Tom Holland, Sophia Taylor Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas. The film’s synopsis states that Holland is playing the role of a younger Drake. It shares the backstory details of how he came to meet and befriend Victor Sullivan, aka Sully, who Mark portrays.
