The 2021 American Music Awards is set to take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California this Sunday (November 21st). The annual event notably recognizes the most popular artists, singles, and albums across all genres.

Performers & Presenters at the 2021 American Music Awards

Among those taking the presenting at this year’s event are Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler; Anthony Ramos; Billy Porter; Brandy; D-Nice; Drew Lachey; Joey Fatone and Shawn Stockman; JB Smoove; JoJo Siwa; Liza Koshy; Machine Gun Kelly; Marsai Martin; Madelyn Cline; Michelle Young; and Winnie Harlow.

Along with the star-studded presenters, performances will be done by Silk Sonic, Bad Bunny, Tainy and Julieta Venegas, Coldplay x BTS, Olivia Rodrigo, Chlöe, and Måneskin.

Country fans will also hear Carrie Underwood performing with Jason Aldean. Kane Brown, and New Edition, and New Kids On the Block will also be taking the stage. 

Additional performers will be Jennifer Lopez, BTS, Diplo, Tyler, The Creator, Mickey Guyton, Walker Hayes, Zoe Wees, and Givēon.

People Set to Host Pre-Show

Prior to this year’s American Music Awards taking place, media outlet People will be hosting the annual event’s pre-show. It will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. PT/12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. ET.
