The post blew up on social media, garnering much attention from Alan Jackson fans and country music lovers. Some fans returned the favor by wishing Jackson and his family a great and safe Memorial Day.

Jackson performed on Sunday evening as part of a Memorial Day celebration. He has noted in the past the great admiration and respect he has for the nation’s military men and women. Before taking the stage last night, he engaged his fan base to tune in via his social media pages.
