Country music superstar Blake Shelton took to social media on Wednesday to express his excitement for Thanksgiving. Shelton posts on Twitter that he is going for the “plate record” at this year’s Thanksgiving meal.

Shelton also shares a short clip of himself chowing down with what appears to be a Thanksgiving decoration. While he didn’t specify what his current Thanksgiving “plate record” is, one has to assume he means business at the table this year.

Shelton often uses his social media accounts to interact with his fan base. The immensely popular country singer has a large following on his Twitter page. Like the “Austin” singer, his social media followers say they are also ready for the upcoming holiday.
