Seasoned country music star Brad Paisley is always going out of his way to show support for the American people. Not only is he a loving family man who endlessly supports wife Kimberly Williams Paisley’s endeavors, Paisley also loves to connect personally with his fans. In his latest interaction, the singer brought some very special guests on stage.
During an Arizona concert on October 8, Paisley brought several members of the armed forces onstage in an effort to pay tribute to their service. The scene was captured in a display of photos. Paisley later shared the moment online via Twitter.
“Phoenix, AZ!” Paisley captioned the series of photos.
If you’ve ever been to one of the “This is Country Music” singer’s concerts, then you know he loves to laugh and chat between songs. Paisley makes an effort to connect to his audience – and it’s not staged. The singer has toured many stadiums all over the country. During that time, he genuinely loves getting to know his supporters.
Additionally, the singer is most definitely patriotic. He makes references to service members in several songs, including “American Flag on the Moon” and “Country Nation.”
With lyrics like the following, Paisley demonstrates his love of country.
“How do we honor those who have fallen and died for this dream?
I’m sure of one thing, it’s not with gridlock or bickering
We’re the children of explorers, that came here from every corner
The adventures that sat on this land
We led the world, fought tyranny, touched the stars, brought liberty
Let’s do that again.”
Paisley wrote the tune “American Flag on the Moon” from his 2014 “Moonshine in the Trunk” album, however, he’s always had a love for patriotic songs.
Brad Paisley on Marriage to Kimberly Williams Paisley
Not only is Brad Paisley a patriotic citizen. In addition to touring, recording hit albums and dedicating moments to U.S. service members, Paisley is also incredibly proud of his marriage.
The singer recently opened up about what it takes to keep a marriage going. And he would know. The singer has been married to his wife for 18 years.
One of the most important things? Date nights. Paisley said despite both their busy schedules, they make it a point to dedicate date nights to each other.
The couple also takes time to communicate and share special memories every anniversary of their best moments.
“That’s a big part of our relationship,” Brad’s wife Kimberly said. “Focusing on the laughter and keeping a sense of play.”
Paisley also gushed over how much the couple has grown together since they wed in 2003.
“You keep our house afloat – seeing you give birth to two kids and raise a third is amazing,” Paisley said to Williams-Paisley. “And you try to do the right thing all the time.”
