Country music star singer and songwriter Carrie Underwood sits atop the country music world and has for a while.
As such, the singer is always in high demand for interviews, concerts and public gatherings. While the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on her travels schedule, Underwood is still making the talk show rounds.
Underwood will join fellow entertainer Drew Barrymore on the “Drew Barrymore Show” later today (Tuesday). The afternoon talk show teased the country star’s upcoming appearance on social media earlier in the week. A video is included in the post that shows Underwood belting out some of her biggest hits along with clips from previous episodes of the show.
“Tomorrow’s Drew Barrymore Show will be music to your ears — literally with country music superstar Carrie Underwood,” the tweet reads. “Plus the story of a young girl who raised $20,000 for a hospital by making bracelets!”
Underwood, who has more than 10 million followers on Instagram alone, also promotes her appearance with a social media post. As with most of her social media posts, Underwood’s followers were quick to lend their support. The post received more than 16,000 likes in a short amount of time after it was posted.
“Watch Carrie on the Drew Barrymore Show tomorrow!” Underwood writes in the post’s caption.
The “Jesus, Take the Wheel” and “Before he Cheats” singer has been active on social media as of late. Underwood often uses her Twitter and Instagram accounts to connect with her large fanbase. She often teases upcoming appearances as well as new projects she is working on.
Just yesterday, Underwood posted a promotional video for Body Armor sports drink. The short clip also features NBA superstar James Harden getting a workout in as Underwood does the same.
