Carrie Underwood takes us behind the scenes of her Las Vegas Residency Reflection. She mentions how it’s new and shiny with so much technology. “It is very exciting being the first person to play in this theatre and we’re just excited to break it in,” she said.

She feels like nobody would have a bad seat in this entire theatre and she can see the faces of people from the top row.

Carrie Underwood’s Twitter feed received a lot of positive feedback. For example, “Go girl rock it,” Mikey Robertson commented.

She was able to perform a 90-minute show of her most popular hits from her 15-year career.

“There is something glamoring about the women in country music,” Carrie Underwood mentioned. “They love their rhinestones, wardrobe changes and have been doing their own version of Vegas in Nashville for generations.”

As we move on to the wardrobe department, the designers are working extremely hard to make sure everything is ready for the next show. Reflection fit what was happening and they have a lot of memories to share. They wanted this to be the best show yet with only the hits from every album.

The dancers are multi-talented people that set amazing vibes on stage. The show wouldn’t be as great as it is without them.

One of the final songs she performed was her hit single, “Last Name.” The stage was lit up with red and blue spotlights following her everywhere.

2020 vs. 2021

Last year Carrie Underwood was able to perform “The Fighter” with Keith Urban. The venue was a lot different than this years. You can catch the live performance below.

The lighting, costumes and the overall show improved a lot this year. The Las Vegas Residency will keep improving every year.

Carrie Underwood’s Background

Transitioning from the Las Vegas Residency, Carrie Underwood grew up in Oklahoma on her families farm in Checotah. She started singing at her church, school plays and talent shows. 2002 was the year she attended Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma with the intention to pursue a career in broadcast journalism. She took a break from college two years later, so she could audition for the fourth season of American Idol. This moment was the one that changed her life.

She made it all the way to the end and won the competition in 2005.

Years later, she married NHL star, Mike Fisher. Now they have two kids, six-year-old son, Isaiah and her two-year-old son, Jacob.
