Thank you!”

Carrie Underwood Talks Raising Kids During COVID-19 Pandemic
During an interview with TODAY Parents in October 2020, Carrie Underwood talks about how she and her children have endured the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Isaiah [age 5] has been helping me in the garden. That’s a new kind of hobby I’ve picked up. He’s doing a great job helping me,” Carrie explains.
Carrie Underwood also says that she and her husband, retired NHL player Mike Fisher, have chickens, and both Isaiah and her 2-year-old son Jacob help feed and collect eggs. She explains that after they finish with the chickens, they all go fishing.
Underwood then comments about how she’s remaining optimistic, despite the pandemic.
“We’ve been getting outdoors a lot, which is great. I feel like I haven’t been in one place this long in the past 15 years at least, so the silver lining is that we’ve had a lot of family time.”
Carrie reveals that she and Isaiah do a lot of arts and crafts – which is something she doesn’t have much skill in. “She wants me to help him and I’m like, ‘I cannot draw.’ I can get glue stuff? Or cut stuff out? But that’s about the extent of my craftiness.”
