Carrie Underwood’s Son Isaiah Is a Cowboy in the Making

Isaiah Fisher, the son of Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher, looks about as natural as a child can on a horse. Earlier today, the former Nashville Predator professional hockey player posted a picture of his son on Instagram taking riding lessons. The Nashville youngster is well on his way to becoming a true cowboy.

“Izzy getting some lessons!” Mike Fisher said in the post with a ‘soontobecowboy’ hashtag.

The riding arena looks nice and peaceful. What better way to spend an afternoon than riding horseback in the woods? At six years old, Isaiah certainly appreciates getting out of the house a little bit during the quarantine. Carrie Underwood and her family have certainly had their bonding moments over quarantine, but nothing feeds the would like the outdoors.

This snapshot of Isaiah’s horseback riding adds to the steady flow of social media coverage coming out of Carrie Underwood and her former hockey player husband this quarantine. The family has certainly spent some quality time as a family over this time. From Carrie Underwood’s workouts to the two boys wrestling with their dad, we have all gotten to know the family a little better.

Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher got married in 2010, while Fisher still played for the Nashville Predators NHL team. Isaiah is their oldest son. He was born in 2015 and now approaches six years old. Despite his age, however, Isaiah looks like he has spent his whole life on a horse. The couple also has another young son, Jacob Bryan, who just turned two years old.

During her time away from the stage, Carrie Underwood has made the best of her time. She spent a lot of time with her family, but that didn’t keep her out of the studio. This winter, Underwood released her first Christmas album, My Gift. This album happened to feature young Isaiah on one of the songs. The youngster’s high pitched voice can be heard on the song “Little Drummer Boy” from the album.
