Luke Combs is an outlaw in this throwback performance. Even back in the yesteryear of 2014, Combs demonstrated why he became a country superstar. His performance of the song “Can I Get An Outlaw” is a showcase of his raw talent and grit.

The song “Can I Get An Outlaw” featured on Combs’ EP of the same name. Back in 2014, Combs was a newcomer to the industry with two successful EPs making small waves in the industry. It wasn’t until 2016 that Combs had his first major success with his single “Hurricane” reaching the top of the music charts.

He followed that success with his debut studio album “This One’s for You,” proving that the North Carolina native was in Nashville to stay.

Luke Combs Wins Male Vocalist of the Year

The Luke Combs in 2020 is very different than the one in 2014. The past six years have been kind to Combs in more than one way. His concerts now sell out entire venues when he performs for one thing. Over the past half-decade, Combs has become one of the most promising and talented voices in country music.

He’s released two studio albums and four EPs. Additionally, he released a deluxe version of his album “What You See Is What You Get” earlier this year. For his work, Combs has been officially recognized by the country music industry. At this year’s CMA Awards, the singer walked away with his first Male Vocalist of the Year award.

On a more personal note, Combs got to marry his best friend this fall. Combs met Nicole Hocking at a musical festival in 2016. The two became engaged in 2018, and they married in a small intimate ceremony on the beach. Due to the pandemic, they couldn’t have a large wedding. But Combs still considers it one of the best days of his life. Not bad for an outlaw.
