Darius Rucker is ready to get back out on stage to perform.

The singer posted a fun throwback picture to Twitter recently. He’s standing in the middle of an excited crowd. Grinning faces surround him in the photo.

“This view,” he wrote. “Missing it!!!

Rucker is currently working alongside co-host Reba McEntire to ensure the 2020 Country Music Awards go off without a hitch.

The celebration will take place at the Music City Center in Nashville. The show was delayed for four months due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

“We’re trying to keep it upbeat and light,” McEntire told Fox News of the pair’s plans for the show. “We as a country, we as a nation, we as a world, we need entertainment. I think people sitting at home in front of their TV screens or their computers, I think they want to see what we can deliver.” As a result, the duo are “keeping it light” this year.

For example, Darius Rucker and Reba McEntire are competing to see who can fit the most costume changes in during the show. Little things like that promise to make the show great. In conclusion, with all that in mind, it’s going to be a good time.
