Dierks Bentley seems to have it figured out when it comes to playing your favorite country tunes. No, it’s not in a bar, beach, or plane, and not even at the hockey rink.
The “Burning Man” singer says the best place to listen to country music is in an old truck. He confesses this when country artist Randall King tweets that he’s been listening to Bentley’s first album on repeat.
King’s tweet reads, “Worn out @DierksBentley cd’s in my old truck runnin highways = my life in a nutshell.”
Additionally Bentley responds with, “Thanks Randall… old trucks are the best place to listen to country music.”

Additionally, this commenter says that he doesn’t have a truck anymore, but when he hears Bentley’s songs, it takes him back to the time when he did own one.
I Spotifyed you in my Kia from my iPhone and it felt like I was in my old truck going catfishing back in 2005! Life goes by way too fast.

As a matter of fact, the individual asks the “Every Mile a Memory” singer about his Chevy truck.
How’s that Chevy these days?

Bentley’s ‘Big White’ Chevy Truck
Bentley actually owns a 1991 Chevy truck that he’s named “Big White.” He even features it in his hit song “I Hold On.” “Big White” might not be the shiniest or cleanest truck you’ve ever seen, but Bentley’s for sure attached to the vintage vehicle.
In one episode of Dierks Bentley TV, the country crooner talks about “Big White” and even gives a tour of what’s inside the two-door Chevy. While the truck might have seen better days, it holds memories near and dear to Dierks. He even points out special “anti-theft” technology that he’s “installed” in the truck.
He says, “I’m going to have her for the rest of my life.”
