Like the literal ray of sunshine she is, Dolly Parton is helping fans feel the love Thursday with this glorious, yellow-clad throwback photo.

No one spreads joy like Dolly. Fans can always expect nothing but the best from our national treasure, and Thursday is no exception.

“Just wanted to pop by and let you know that you are so loved 💛,” the icon posts to her official Instagram Thursday. We’re not sure if Dolly posts to her Instagram herself, but if she doesn’t, she’s surely in direct contact with whoever handles her social media. The posts are always perfectly Parton and bring a smile even on the worst of days.

For her latest, she includes a lovely throwback photo featuring peak Dolly Parton glam, complete with a yellow blouse fit for a (see: the) Country Queen.

What would we do without you, Dolly? If there’s one thing that stands true in this life, it’s that we’ll never have too much of the one and only Dolly Parton. If you’re not following the Queen of Country Music on Instagram yet, we highly recommend doing so!

Follower Marcella sums it up perfectly, responding: “Awww!!! Thank you for putting so much goodness into the world, Dolly!!

“So are you! Thank you for your beautiful light,” echoes fan April, sending love right back to Dolly.

Dolly Parton Gets to Feel the Love, Too, at Dollywood

Thankfully, Dolly Parton’s extended Dollywood family allows for her to feel this love right back, as well. Recently, the icon was able to return to her beloved theme park after a pandemic-caused year away.

“This is my first time back! It’s exciting to see all the new things we’ve got,” she told Good Morning America at the end of May. “We’ve got the Flower and Food Festival comin’, so, we’ve got a lot of things to be thankful for!”

For the Flower and Food Festival, Dolly’s team put together a terrific tribute to her life. More specifically, Dollywood‘s incredible craftsmen & women put together a towering statue of her mother and Parton’s beloved “Coat of Many Colors” – entirely made out of flowers. Now if that’s not returning love to this living legend, we don’t know what is.

And when she saw it for the first time, a stunned Dolly Parton had no words.

“I was really emotional,” Parton admits. “I took a lot of pictures! Because I have seen the brochures of it, and I knew what it was supposed to be. But just seeing that whole [flower display], knowing how my life has turned out… Thinking about my mom and having that big thing there that represents who I am as a person, and who my parents were… The kind of mother I was lucky enough to have,” she continues gently.

Bless you, Dolly! Thank you for all you do!
