Jake Owen and girlfriend Erica Hartlein may have found a new calling as professional fishermen.
Owen posted photos of he and Erica proudly showing off the hefty largemouth bass they caught in Florida’s Blue Cypress Lake.
One Instagram user jokingly asked if Jake was “turning into Luke Bryan,” who loves posting photos of the fish he’s caught. On one post Bryan tweeted: “8 pounds 10 ounces. Almost 10. Dang.”

A part of Owen’s Instagram caption states: “and [you] see some of the most beautiful sights a soul can see.” He was able to share the lovely sights with his wife, making the experience much more meaningful.
Fans are thrilled to see the couple spending quality time together. Especially while enjoying the outdoors, playing on the water, and viewing the assortment of colors in the fall foliage.
Reacting to the Instagram post, one fan says: “Your best catch is Erica!!”
Another adds: “She’s a keeper!”
And with one more comment reading: “Nothing beats them Florida bass!”
Owen Family Moments
A month prior to the Instagram post, Jake Owen tweeted a fall-based family photoshoot entitled, you guessed it… “Fall,” followed by leaf emojis. Of course, most of the comments were along the lines of: “What a beautiful family!”

An Upcoming Tour?
As of now, Owen’s next tour date is set for June 10, 2021 at Myrtle Beach Boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, FL.
The following stop on the 2021 tour is June 19 at Wenonah Park in Bay City, MI.
However, “subject to change” is a term many are expecting to hear while planning tours, concerts, venues and more in 2021.
