Jason Aldean Shares Hysterical Clip of Daughter Navy, ‘Backseat Driver’

by Matthew Wilson

Country singer Jason Aldean is getting a little help behind the wheel from his daughter Navy. He shared a hilarious video of the toddler.

Aldean is teaching his daughter driving skills early in life. But 2-year-old Navy is ready to graduate from driving around the farm to driving on a busy highway. In an adorable and funny video, Aldean’s daughter tries to be a backseat driver. The toddler gets upset because her mother won’t let her drive during a family trip. Aldean promises Navy that she can drive when she’s a little older. Just 14 more years until she’s 16 for instance.

But the toddler didn’t seem convinced by her father’s promise. Perhaps, Jason Aldean started something he didn’t intend in regards to his daughter’s passion for driving. In a previous tweet, the country singer shared a video of his daughter Navy behind the wheel. The toddler wore a pink helmet and helped her father navigate a utility vehicle on the family’s farm.

Jason Aldean and His Children

Jason Aldean may entertain his legion of passionate fans with his music. But in his off time, the country singer seems to enjoy spending time with his children and being a father. Aldean’s social media is filled with snapshots and videos of his children and their memories together.

In a previous tweet, Aldean celebrated his children. He revealed to his followers a time where he and his wife Brittany didn’t think they would have children. In a post celebrating his son’s birthday, Aldean reflected on how much of a blessing his children are. He wrote, “For a while, @brittanyaldean and I weren’t sure we would be able to have a baby, so the fact that we now have 2 is a blessing to us both and we never take one day of it for granted.”

Aldean also shares two daughters with his first wife Jessica. Aldean started dating Brittany following his divorce from his first wife. The two married in 2015 and had their first child, Memphis, in 2017. Two years later, Navy Rome was born.

“I have made mistakes but I am a better person because of it, and wouldn’t change a thing,” Aldean wrote on Instagram. “I’m happier than I have ever been, so thank u to all the people who support us. We are happy and life goes on.”

With Aldean as her dad, Navy will be driving those backroads before long.
