There’s a mysterious photo floating around of Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire, and this photo is causing some serious speculation.

Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire are legends of country music in their own rights. Underwood’s been massively successful ever since she won “American Idol.” Additionally, Reba continues to stay atop the country music game and looking ageless. So when these two get together, musical magic is bound to happen.

This begs the question of the photo shared by John Carter Cash. Cash is the sone of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. He also owns “Cash Cabin” which is a recording space for artists. Well, Cash shared a secret surprise on his Instagram. The photo features Underwood and Reba at the cabin.

The cryptic caption simply reads, “@reba @carrieunderwood at @cash_cabin.”

Another use writes, “Cannot wait to hear what to find out about what they’re going to do but what ever they are doing I’m sure that it’s going to be great because they are two of Oklahoma’s finest Country singers 🎧🎼🎵🎶”

Other comments include, “A collaboration with Reba and Carrie?? Sounds like a recipe for an incredibly successful project I mean #secretproject” and “Wow im so curious to see this!!!”

Then there’s former Trick Pony band member, Ira Dean, who chimes in with one word, “Awesome.”

This might be the first time the two come together in the studio, but Underwood’s no stranger to performing some of Reba’s songs. Underwood paid tribute to Reba during a show-stopping medley of old-school country hits on the ACM Awards earlier this year. Reba just wrapped up the 54th CMA Awards, where Underwood was nominated in two of the categories.

The two also came together to co-host the CMA Awards. Dolly Parton also joined Underwood and Reba on stage.
