Kacey Musgraves is joining in on the applause of the internet when she commented on a recent viral video. 

The video shows a Florida man rescuing his three-month-old puppy from an alligator’s jaws. The incident happened earlier this week. The internet was quick to praise the man shortly after the video surfaced for his heroic efforts, including Musgraves. 

She described it as the “Most Iconic Video to Come Out of the Internet” when she posted a screenshot of the incident on her Instagram stories.

The video blew up on the internet. Moreover, on Tik Tok alone, the clip has been viewed over a million times. Musgraves wasn’t shy about her praise for the dog owner. 

In this video, you can see the man rushing into the water to save his puppy. He puts his arm under the surface then pulls up the alligator from the water. Meanwhile, the dog is still in the clenches of the alligator’s jaw. After a few moments of wrestling, the man is able to free his dog. At last, the dog can swim to shore.

Kacey Musgraves’ Busy Holiday Season

For Musgraves, the holiday season has been good to her. For the last several days, she’s been promoting her 2019 Amazon Prime Special, The Kacey Musgraves Christmas Special.

It was released in 2019. She released a new single called, “Glittery” which features Troye Sivan. She premiered it on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.The special features an array of stars. It includes artists such as Lana Del Rey, James Corden, Fred Armisen, and Leon Bridges.

She put us in the Christmas spirit when she tweeted out photos after releasing “Glittery.” In the tweet, she promoted four shots of her and Troye Sivan.
