Kelsea Ballerini Rocks Fenway Park Crowd in Spectacular Concert Photo

On Friday (October 1st), country superstar Kelsea Ballerini took to her Instagram to share a snapshot of her rocking on stage during her recent performance at Fenway Park.

“Putting holes in bottles because FENWAY WAS EPIC and I will be posting 10461083 photos because I’m just so giddy ☺️🙌🤍,” Kelsea Ballerini captioned the post. 

Fans of Ballerini celebrated her return to the stage. One fan wrote, “I’m at a Kelsea Ballerini concert. Nature is healing. My heart is full.”

Ballerini is currently on tour and has stops in Wantagh, New York; Holmdel, New Jersey; Burgettstown, Pennsylvania; Camden, New Jersey; and Virginia Beach. All within the next week.

Prior to taking the stage, Ballerini shared on her Instagram a pic of her outside of Fenway Park while wearing a mask and practicing for the upcoming show. “TONIGHT’S SHOW IS GOING TO BE MAGIC!!!!! who’s coming?!?”

Kelsea Ballerini Talks New Collaborations 

During a 2019 interview with Lyrics Magazine, Kelsea Ballerini opened up about new collaborations with various sings/bands. “My first two albums, you guys, I had this dream list of people that I really wanted to work with on my first few albums,” Ballerini admitted.

She also stated that she and her team reached out to seven artists, who are all said no. 

 “That’s a true story, and I say that because now I feel very victorious that on my third album I have two collaborations, one with Kenny Chesney and one that you just heard with my girl Halsey,” Kelsea Ballerini recalled. She then said she wanted a collaboration to be something that not only did she love their music for the partnership, but she wanted it to be someone that she loved spending time with. “Someone that I really wanted to make a video with and do performances with and spend time with.”

Kelsea Ballerini also discussed writing songs with her husband, Morgan Evans. “I remember when Morgs asked me to sing on it with him for his American debut record. It was really hard for me to sing on it and not just start sobbing.”

She furthered explained that just having a sweet song represents their relationship on a record is super special to her. “We wrote our own vows for our wedding. He ended his with the lyrics to this song, so now every time I hear it I just think about our wedding, surrounded by our friends and our family.”

In regards to writing “The Other Girl,” Ballerini said that she had an idea of a modern-day country-pop version of “Does He Love You?” Or “The Boy Is Mine.” She goes on to add, “This confrontational moment of like, “Oh, God. It’s happening. We’re both getting played. Who was first? Who’s the…” What’s it called? A side chick, I think is what the kids call it. Anyway, so we wanted this storyline to play out, but one thing that I’m really proud of about this song”
