Kenny Chesney Lists Amazing Tennessee Hilltop Estate on Market for $14M: Take a Tour of the Property

The “Knowing You” singer is saying goodbye to a property he formerly knew as home.

Kenny Chesney has listed his gorgeous Franklin, Tennessee property for $14 million as he awaits potential buyers.

The elegant estate with a Mediterranean villa-vibe sits on 56 acres of land. He has owned the land since he bought it for $9.25 million back in 2009. At the time, it was just a small house sitting on a hill. Over the year, the country singer has put a lot of focus into expanding and making it as wonderful as possible.

He deemed the estate “Bella Luce,” which actually means “beautiful light” in Italian.

As an entertainer, on and off the stage, Kenny Chesney certainly made sure he’d have room for friends and family to make an appearance. According to Realtor, Chesney is working with about 12,000-square-feet of living space as well as an expansive outdoor space for entertainment.

Some of the notable features inside the house include beautiful 150-year-old walnut floors, Douglas fir beams, and several limestone fireplaces. Overall, it is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home.

He’s working with quite the kitchen, as well. It has a massive island with bar seating, double ovens, and double sinks. When he needs to get work done, Kenny Chesney even has a home office.

He seems to have plenty of work, given the fact he’s got a net worth of about $37 million.

Kenny Chesney Other Properties

Kenny Chesney earned that esteemed Entertainer of the Year award back in 2004 at the CMAs. Outside of his boisterous music career, Chesney knows how to entertain a crowd. The “You and Tequila” singer has a home theater, game room, a gym, an elevator, two garages for his cars, an infinity pool, a spa, a pond outside, an outdoor kitchen, and several other outstanding features to his Bella Luce.

Chesney was also once the owner of a house on St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The singer lost his property after the deadly Hurrricane Irma struck the area. “It’s just simply gone. That place and the people mean so much more to me than my house . . . it’s just devastation. It’s really odd to see such a beautiful place look like a war zone,” Chesney said back in 2017, according to ABC News.

When it comes to things he owns there’s an age-old question — does Kenny Chesney actually have a tractor? Given the fact that he boasted “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy” back in 1999, it seems like a fair question.

Chesney shared that he had two tractors, as of 2007, according to Taste of Country. Whether or not he still owns them remains a valid question. The song remains one of his most popular, although it exists as a bit of an outlier from his other massive hits.
