Kenny Chesney Shows Off Epic ‘No Shoes Nation’ Water Ski in Gorgeous Photo

by Jonathan Howard

There are few people out there that know how to have a good time like Kenny Chesney. As the head of No Shoes Nation, Chesney spends lots of time on the water and with his toes in the sand. There is a good chance he doesn’t own a pair of shorts that aren’t swimming trunks. The country music star has been sending lots of love out to the Nation in recent days.

Just over a week ago, Kenny Chesney dropped a surprise video for fans. The song, Beautiful World, is a celebration of all that is around us. The country music star is known for his appreciation for the ocean and beaches all around the world. Today, his most recent Twitter post featured a great custom water ski.

Just a simple caption was featured alongside the photo. “It’s a beautiful world, No Shoes Nation.” As always, Chesney looks ready to party. When he isn’t playing music, there isn’t much that he prefers to do rather than boat, ski, and swim. As usual, he is rocking the swim trunks and a backward hat. While it doesn’t say where he is, the backdrop is phenomenal.

The Beautiful World video also shows Chesney as a tropical destination. Not a bad way to spend the summer. He wanted to make a song and video celebrating the natural goodness and beauty in the world. Clear blue waters, white-sand beaches, verdant vegetation, and more. While it is easy to get down in these modern times, there is a beautiful world out there to appreciate.

Kenny Chesney Sends Sweet Words

While Kenny Chesney has been out on the waters enjoying life as much as possible, he has taken some time to send sweet words following the passing of two friends recently. The first was the legendary college football coach, Bobby Bowden. After battling with various health issues, the 91-year-old coach passed away at the beginning of the month. After years as coach of the Florida State Seminoles, Bowden made the program a powerhouse throughout the 1980s and 1990s.

Chesney said, “Bobby Bowden always treated me like family. He even let me go through spring football practice with Florida State back in 2004.” The post included a picture of the two together side-by-side. As one of Chesney’s heroes, getting to know Bowden on a personal level was special for the country music star. His dedication to the coach was heartfelt and stood out among the many other dedications from all over the country.

Unfortunately, it didn’t end there for Chesney. More recently, he penned a tribute to the late Lisa Lee. Lee had worked as the senior vice president of Creative and Content Production for the Academy of Country Music. With another friend gone, he shared a sweet message about his dear friend.

“Lisa Lee and I grew up together in this business. She was a tv reporter, producer, writer, and big executive…She truly cared about country music – and I absolutely cared about her,” the post read. Hopefully, there won’t be a reason for Kenny Chesney to share any more words of goodbye.
