Lady A’s Hillary Scott is saying goodbye to her gorgeous Tennessee home. It’s hitting the market at a pretty penny.

According to Taste of Country, the country music singer and her husband, Chris Tyrrell, have lowered their asking price for their nearly 8,000-square-foot mansion. The home is located just outside of Nashville in Brentwood and reportedly includes six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. In addition, it sits on nearly 3.5 private acres, includes a pool, and is designed in the Colonial style.

Reportedly handling the sale is Cindy Looney of Pilkerton Realtors. Click here to see photos of the home from the company’s website. Built in 2006, according to the company, it also features a master suite on the main level with custom his and hers closets, a screened-in porch, and a basement level.

When they put the home on the market almost a year ago, Hillary Scott and Chris Tyrrell priced it at $3.2 million. They have now dropped their asking price to $2.65 million, according to reports. They purchased the home in January 2012.

Hillary Scott, Members of Lady A Celebrate Christmas

Hillary Scott, alongside bandmates Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, celebrated the Christmas season during “CMA’s Country Christmas,” which aired on ABC on Nov. 30. In addition to performing on the show, Lady A also shared their favorite childhood Christmas memories.

Scott said her most memorable holiday moment was receiving a pink Barbie car as a child. “It is one of my most memorable gifts that Santa ever brought me,” she said.

Kelley said his favorite memory was watching his son enjoy Christmas morning. Haywood said his favorite holiday memory was the birth of his daughter near Christmas a few years ago.

Lady A also brought the house down during CMA’s Country Christmas with their rendition of Paul McCartney’s classic “Wonderful Christmastime.”
