LeAnn Rimes is a ray of sunshine in her most recent Instagram post. In the post, a carefree Rimes rocks a canary-yellow two-piece swimsuit, which pairs nicely with her beaming smile.
“Cover me in sunshine, Shower me with good times,” the “Chant” singer wrote in the caption alongside the post. With over half a million followers on the platform, the comments were overwhelmingly positive as her followers said she looked “so gorgeous” and “beautiful.”
Seeing Rimes all smiles as she basks in the sunlight makes us miss seeing her in her 2014 reality show “LeAnn & Eddie” alongside her husband, Eddie Cibrian. Recently, Cibrian commented on whether we can expect the pair to make a comeback to TV.
“I don’t think so,” he said during his interview on the “Watch With Us” podcast. “I mean, back when we decided to do something like that, you know, we wanted to do something a little tongue-in-cheek — kind of poke fun at some things. That was fine for that time, but I don’t see it happening again with us. Although, in other genres, maybe.”

Cibrian added, “Maybe there’s, like, something for HGTV or something in those lines, you know? Maybe go helping other people do certain things or stuff like that. Maybe come up with some ideas and produce some stuff.”
He also added that he and Rimes wouldn’t embark on a show like the “Real Housewives” franchise like his ex-wife, Brandi Glanville, did. “A docu-style follow-up kind of thing or something like we did before, I don’t see it happening,” Cibrian said in an interview.
However, fans can see Rimes’ husband make a cameo in the new Netflix series, “Country Comfort,” which premiered on the platform in March. Additionally, Rimes makes an appearance on the show. In the episode, she gives a flawless performance of “Can’t Fight the Moonlight,” which she originally performed for the soundtrack to the 2000 film Coyote Ugly.
“Caryn Lucas, our [showrunner], called and said, ‘Hey, we got this part. We think LeAnn would be perfect for it. Do you think she’d want to do it?'” Cibrian recalled. “And she’s been on set before and she kind of — she saw how it was. How we all kind of, like, got along and how everyone was nice and fun. … So I asked her, ‘Hey, you know, Caryn wants to know if you would like to do a role on the show.’ and she’s like, ‘Oh, I’d love to.’ And that’s how it kind of came about — pretty organic.”
Appearing alongside Katherin McPhee, Cibrian plays Beau, who is a rugged cowboy with five children.
