Luke Bryan Announces Rescheduled ‘Proud to Be Right Here’ Tour Dates

by Will Shepard

Luke Bryan is giving country fans a lot to look forward to this summer. He is heading back out on the road for his Proud to Be Right Here tour.

The country music star has released the new start date for the tour. The tour was originally scheduled to begin on May 30. Now, though, the summer event will start in Syracuse, New York, on July 8. Luke Bryan will end the Proud to Be Here tour on October 6 in San Bernardino, California.

Because the tour has shifted, there are multiple changes to the originally announced tour schedule. So, keep this in mind before you head out to the music venue. The American Idol host announced the changes on his website.

“There is nothing more gratifying about writing and recording music than getting to play it live for the fans,” Luke Bryan said. “There’s several songs off my new album that I’ve never performed live. I can’t believe this moment is nearly here when we get to hop on the tour bus and roll into towns across America and get back to doing what we do best. What we live to do!”

How Luke Bryan Is Making His Adjusted Tour Look

Luke Bryan is going to be joined by some big names on tour. When he originally announced the tour, Morgan Wallen was going to join him.

But, Wallen told his fans earlier in April that he would not be going on tour this summer. Consequently, Wallen is being replaced with Dylan Scott. Caylee Hammack and Runaway June will also be coming on the Proud to Be Here tour.

Dylan Scott is joining Luke Bryan for the whole tour except for July 8-18. Caylee Hammack will be on tour until the August 14 concert. Runaway June will join the tour in Hammack’s place beginning August 19.

The new concert dates can be purchased now for Luke Bryan’s fan club. For the general public, though, tickets will go on sale on April 30 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. As importantly, the tickets bought previously will continue to be honored even with the rescheduled dates.
