Luke Combs and Carrie Underwood are just two of the stars set to headline the Opry Live: USO Holiday Special.

The United Service Organizations and Circle Network have created a new holiday special. The very first holiday special will have performances from Craig Morgan, Lauren Alaina, Jessie James Decker, Josh Turner, The War & Treaty, along with Underwood and Combs. The event will be hosted by American Idol alum Kelly Pickler.

The Opry Live: USO Holiday Special will air on Circle Network on December 18 at 9 PM ET. Additionally, fans can also catch the show through the Live streams via the USO and Circle All Access’ Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts. Service members and their families will have access to the holiday special early via the USO app.

“I’ve never worn the uniform, but I’m a proud supporter for those who do. As a Global Ambassador for the USO, I hope to share the importance of serving those who serve us all,” Pickler said in a press release. “I’m excited for the opportunity Circle Network has provided, as their support within the country community is unparalleled. They’re bringing together a community that supports one another. And shedding light on matters that are often overlooked, making them the perfect home for this holiday special.”

Luke Combs and His Latest Hit

Luke Combs released his latest single “Doin’ This” which he performed on his most recent tour. Fans have been digging it after he tested it with his arena crowds to high praise. The song is based on his real life, he started off working at a dead-end bouncer job. He was then able to start performing there before making the big move to Nashville.

Drew Parker and Robert Williford who wrote “Forever After All,” penned the latest tune with Luke Combs. The trio was hanging out in Combs’ man cave and his back porch. They discussed one of the most common interview questions that he gets asked. Where would he be if he didn’t make it big in the music industry? The answer may seem quite obvious to diehard country fans, still doing music. Just with less fanfare.

“Once I decided that this is what I was going to do, it was at this level or at the level that I was at when I started,” Combs said. “I would be chasing this (entertainer of the year trophy) if I wasn’t holding it in my hand right now. I’ll always be doing that.”

Luke Combs fans have given the song their seal of approval. It’s a relatable song for any aspiring musician or artist. Furthermore, it’s just a song that anyone can jam along to no matter their mood.
