Like many other people from North Carolina, Luke Combs really enjoys the great outdoors. Thanks to a recent social media post, his fans got to see how he and someone close to him spent their time outside.
On Wednesday, Sept. 15, the 31-year-old country music star shared photos of him and his wife, Nicole Hocking, during an outdoor excursion in Montana. Their trip was part of a promo the “Forever After All” singer did with the popular outdoor sportswear and gear company, Columbia.
The photos, which Luke Combs shared on Instagram, show some of the fun he and Nicole had during a trip to Montana. In one photo, Combs and his wife are captured laughing. In another, the singer shows off a fish he caught. Another photo shows Combs looking very serious in his fishing gear. In this image, he is standing in the water and appears to be looking downstream.
Another photo shows Combs with his line cast into the water. In another, he stands in an orange jacket with a beautiful mountain range in the background. It’s a location perfect for an outdoor excursion.
Along with the photos, Luke Combs added the following caption: “Had a killer time with @nicohocking and @columbia1938 a few months ago in Montana. Put a little list together of my favorite gear from this memorable trip on @amazon; check it out via the link in my bio.”
Unsurprisingly, Nicole Hocking commented on her husband’s post. And needless to say, she was impressed. “a ~ model ~ wow,” Hocking shared.

Luke Combs Rocked Out During His Recent Homecoming Concert
Luke Combs may have visited Montana a few months ago, but recently he found himself in his home state of North Carolina. There, he performed a homecoming concert at a complex that is also home to the Appalachian State football team. That stadium is the Kidd Brewer Stadium. It is close to his hometown of Huntersville, North Carolina.
Combs celebrated his popular homecoming with an image taken during the packed concert. The image was taken from the stage. Combs and his band are in the foreground. But what is truly epic about the photo is the number of people there to enjoy his return to his home state.
Of course, Luke Combs was very happy with the turnout and response from his fans. He shared his joy on social media. “Last night was hard to believe. I’ll have something better to say and some more pictures in a few days but in a lot of ways I think this picture says it all somehow,” he said.
